In the case I linked above where a voter ID law was struck down as unconstitutional, the state of Kansas and Kris Kobach were unable to adequately prove there was a problem with in-person voter fraud.

Why is it so important to Dems to get people to vote who have no proof of citizenship? I think you know the answer.
