Luck is being prepared when opportunity presents itself. We have failed at that at least 2 times in the last 7 years. We have had opportunities when others were down and we were up and thus far have failed to close. Hope springs eternal but We have to be at the top of any list of programs who have squandered opportunity.

That’s literally not what luck is.
Luck is often needed to get the opportunity in the first place, and then luck is also often needed when given the opportunity.
