Why haven’t hospitals and medical facilities ramped up and stocked up on supplies by now? There’s no shortage of vents any longer is there? And haven’t the hospital already planned for over runs and prepared accordingly?

Missouri has 79% of its ventilators available.
Florida is going to frick this all up though
