I'd give the nod to Stallings over all the other 1 NC coaches because it was Stallings that showed the two division, championship game format could still produce a NC for the conference. Everybody forgets that - a lot of people REALLY didn't want the CCG because they thought the extra game meant nobody would win a NC again, and CGS goes out and proves them wrong in the first year. Dude led the way for the modern SEC and deserves credit for that
