Not even sure what you are talking about with cases after reopening. Make shite up much?
Maybe the #1 news source in the state of A1abana (A1.com) can help you understand:
quote:

A1abana hit an all-time high this week in its seven-day average of new COVID-19 cases, as the state neared the two-week mark since Gov. Kay Ivey reopened most businesses.

“We’ve had this week a couple of the highest days we’ve seen in number of cases, and that’s certainly concerning to us,” said State Health Officer Dr. Scott Harris (Dr. means doctor) on Thursday. New cases topped 400 on Thursday for the fifth time in the last seven days.

Restaurants, bars and entertainment venues were allowed to open on May 11, but that reopening has been followed by a steady rise in new cases.

Another shutdown is mentioned in that article. That would not bode well for athletics in your “unhealthy” state.

Seriously, the best place for this game is College Station Texas

1) will always be a neutral site as aggy will never be in the game.
2) will never be riots there.
3) will be the only real thing that College Station can be proud about.
4) less than a 2 hour drive from 5 major airports in Houston (2), Dallas (2), and Austin
5) has a landscaped scenic environment

6) has a nice restaurant , Dixie Chicken.

7) has very friendly people

8) has my vote

This part pretty much highlights your general ignorance.

So you think they are going to shut down the state over 2000 cases?

Especially when what you aren't mentioning is that the bulk of those cases are people who are asymptomatic(80% of people who catch it are) and are just being tested as they go back to work and/or as companies test all their employees.

Meanwhile in the past, it was mostly only those with heavy symptoms who were being tested.

In other words, as I stated previously, the more cases is mostly due to more testing and doesn't really mean very much in itself.
