Fujiwara Effect: if one storm is much stronger than the other, it will absorb the smaller storm to become a bigger storm. If the 2 storms are close in intensity like these 2, they will probably start some circular dance where they orbit a common center, until they either collide and merge or they spin off in separate directions.

Sounds like something that could only happen in the shitshow called 2020
