Honestly, I sat with some family (State Fans) at the Auburn @ MSSt game a couple of years ago and the cow bells were unbearably loud. So loud that I feel for State fan's ear doctors later in life. (And their families that will have to deal with their poor hearing issues forever)
With just fans cheering though, probably LSU @ Auburn in 2010 or Bama @ Auburn in 2017.

I was able to go to that one, and the 70 yard McCaleb TD run late in the 4th to give Auburn the lead was one of the loudest moments I've ever been around.
I was also there for (and contributed to the noise for) the Earthquake Game.
I feel like the 1995 LSU Auburn game got pretty rowdy when Twillie made the pick in the end zone at the end of the game to Bring Back the Magic.
I feel like the LSU Washington game in 1983 was very loud. I believe it was the first game when the stadium expanded and it was the first game with over 80,000 in attendance. LSU rolled them, and they came in ranked in the top 5.
