Short answer: Yes.
Longer answer: He's a year ahead of Chase and Marshall (same class as Jefferson). He would have easily won a starting position at LSU alongside Jefferson in 2018 (remember, we started that season with Giles as a starter). There is no reason to think he would have relinquished the starting role in 2019. In fact, he would have flourished under Brady just like our guys did. The starting three would have been Chase, Jefferson, Smith. No question. Marshall is a great player, though. Expect big things from him next year.

..Terrace Marshall was the best redzone threat in the country.
People forget that his numbers were better than Chase's and Jefferson's before going down against Vandy.
I'm sure we could've found a spot for OneFitty Smitty on special teams.
