So many leftists equate capitalism with anarchism or libertarianism, but they all seem to be distinctly different things.

Can one be a capitalist that agrees with common sense regulations against fraud and graft and the million other laws against corruption and exploitation? I'm here to learn.

Yes, I'm not ranting against capitalism I think properly regulated it's without a doubt the best system one could use.

Define regulations. Depends on what you do and where you live I guess. If one Plumbing company is a 7.5 million dollar company and another is 500k... Should that company be defined as good at what they do or the other needs more training?
