For example, LSU would go to Bama again in 2021, after having played there last year. That's two years in a row.

Your using the wrong term then. It would be 2019 and 2021, skipping 2020, so that's not back to back "years."

Plus, if they moved everything back a year, it would mess up all rotations.

They would just skip the year. Sucks because I want to see the Grove again this year and make Kiffin cry.

That is two games in a row, not two years in a row. 2019 and 2021 are not in a row.
