Texas returns basically their entire team, with a 4-year starting QB.
After a convincing bowl win against Utah, I’d be surprised if Texas didn’t start the year ranked inside the top 12.

Hell it doesn't matter if they were starting a freshman at QB. The delusional media will always put them in the poll to begin the year
