i don't think they crossed the border, BP sets up checkpoints away from the border in some border towns

They didn't. I-10 goes all the way from LA to Louisiana and butts up along the border at El Paso.

Just legalize it already and release the thousands of non-violent criminals arrested for weed that taxpayers are paying for to keep in prison.

That makes more sense then. People were laughing at their dumbasses in the comments about their chosen route. Basically said their attempt to save an hour by taking that route cost them 20 years
