re: Bama fans, do ya'll claim 15 MNC's, or 17 with 1930 & 1941?

Of all the pathetic LSU obsessions over Alabama football, this one is the stupidest (refs are a close 2nd). Every AP/UPI national championship is recognized by any school who ever won one. They are legit to claim because that is how it was done in those days. And if anyone doubts Bama was the best team in the country after they embarrassed Miami in ‘92, you’re FOS. But for the sake of argument, let’s drop every one of them except BCS and CFP NCs. No one in the SEC can touch Bama from 1998 to now.
