My cousin Marie was just in a bad accident. It broke her neck. She is a mother, wife and has a beautiful heart. Please pray for a full recovery.

Any updates this morning? Hoping that we're only talking fractured vertebrae. In God's hands, but of course we all know that never means the road will be easy or what we want. Praying the situation will progress in her favor.

It's a hangman's fracture so not good. But God has the ability to heal anything so that's what I'm praying for. She could of easily been killed by this. She was talking last night

Not necessarily bad, either. Hard collar immobilization seems to be the treatment of choice just based on a quick look. So no spinal cord injury/paralysis or unknown as of yet? The good news is that it appears a full recovery is entirely possible (if not probable), given some time.

That's great! Praying the long-term impact will be minimal. Sounds like there is plenty to be thankful for already, which is always good to hear.
