Hired an acceptable staff.
Recruiting hasn't fallen off the map.
I don't think he's gaining but I think he's stablized.

I loved Ash at OSU as I said. Recruiting was not good last season from what I heard outside of Bijan and a few others. Maybe he has stabilized but one more 8-5 type season he may be packing bags
