If nothing changes then the SEC will payout more starting in 2023 because of the new "game of the week" contract that CBS backed out of.
But up until then, the Big 10 pays more to its schools. The new ACC network prevents the SEC from expanding in the east, so I'm predicting the Big 10 will expand in the midwest markets (STL, KC, Denver, OKC) and Fox will be really applying pressure on ESPN.
