I dont see the B12 imploding tbh. I see the AAC doing some re-shifting and the B12 getting some of that, whether its Houston, Memphis, Tulane or someone else.

The B12 has an identity issue. They desperately want to be the premier basketball conference, but the main schools and network want football.

Longhorn Network will not be renewed, it is losing money. I could see the Pac 12 be interested in order to bolster their football image. The deal would have to include Texas Tech by Texas law.

If that happens, OU starts looking, that spells doom for the big 12.
