QB - Bama - due to JPW's experience
RB - Auburn - Terry Grant is not that good and Auburn has Tate and Lester
WR - Auburn - Has all the experience with Rod Smith, Dunn, and Billings returning
TE - Even - neither use tight ends all that much
OL - Bama - Andre Smith and Caldwell are studs
DL - Auburn - Marks is a future 1st rounder and A.Coleman is also a future star
LB - Auburn - Blackmon and 4 seniors lead this group
DB - Auburn - Powers is an All-SEC player and a big playmaker, Bama has R. Johnson and I think he is still in jail.
ST - Auburn - Shoemaker and Byrum are better than whoever Bama has
Final - Auburn wins 6-2-1 and run their streak to 7 wins in a row this year.

I think Bama got better LBs IMO. and Aub's OL should be a lot better next year. Bama's OL should be a LOT better considering all they return. But they've been mediocre at best last year. Andre Smith may be the most over-rated (and I hate using that term) OL in the nation. Other than the LBs, I think Aub wins every position battle.

Powers is good, but Rashad and Kareem sway the DB's to us in my opinion.

so 4-4-1, should be a great one

other than Rolando McClain, they have no LBs. That is why I gave the nod to Auburn.

yeah, i'll give LB to Auburn, no doubt

Auburn's TEs will catch probably 100 passes this year in the spread. That will make them better than Bamas.

we are throwing 50 times a game. Trott, McKenzie, and Bailey Woods are gonna be match up problems split out wide.

TE - will go to AU because the position will produce A LOT more in the spread than Bama.
ST - goes to AU. Kicking is better and with Tristan Davis healthy, he will be just as good as Arenas.
QB - AU may be better by the end of the year.
OL - Bama
DL - AU and LB - AU
DB - Toss up
RB - AU, by a lot.
Coaching - AU.

Saying Tristan Davis is as good as Arenas is a big stretch. Auburn's RBs by a lot is also a stretch. Coaching to Auburn? There is nothing wrong with being a homer.

Coaching to AU HANDS DOWN. No contest between Tubbs and Saban. Tubbs has done more with less than any of the top SEC teams. Tubbs has beaten more top ten teams than ANYONE in the COUNTRY the past 10 years. Tubbs has a winning record against every school in the SEC but LSU who he is either tied or one game back of. Tubbs is 5-2 against Saban (I think). And AU's assistants are just as good and probably better, so coaching is not really all that close.
Tate and Lester are both very good tailbacks. Both are better than Grant and that is the ONLY back Bama has to compare to really.

Rate by position LSU vs. Kentucky last year. I wait with baited breath.

You're hilarious. The way things are going, you may be starting three freshman at LB at Bama
this year.
It appears you know zero about college football.
It's more than obvious you've never played the
game either.
You're obsessed with proving your team equal to LSU and Auburn. Being a combined 1-11 over these
last six years factually speaks otherwise.
What the hell does our matchup against UK have to do with your pathetic Crimson tied (and gagged
behind bars) bunch of LSU wannabees???
UK won fair and square. They were a good team that matched up well with bigger wideouts, a mobile QB and one specific undersized tight end that our guys couldn't cover, and our CBs could'nt match up to.
Kentucky came very close to beating UF/UGA as well, as both games went into the last 2 minutes as toss ups.
Get a grip, accept that fact Bama is rebuilding. Don't make excuses when you go 7-5 again this year.
Bama does not match up to Auburn or LSU, period.
They match up better to UGA than either LSU or Auburn, provided you understand why, which I seriously doubt, given your delusional posts.
And just remember what you said about Miles.
You're going to look pretty bad soon enough.
Make sure you come back and take the crow like a man.

Bama will be young at LB, but no team in the SEC will have more talent at that position.

Tubbs is going into his 13th year as a Head Coach in the SEC. How many titles has he won?
