Just accept it... Start looking into gravestones and life insurance policies... Look into nursing homes, senior citizens groups etc...

I realize, after reading this, that there are some old farts on this site, that aren't necessarily physically old & some old farts on here that may be physically old but mentally young!
Music, movies, TV is all entertainment, to say
One generations is better than another simply means that the person(s) making such a statement was generally raised in that era. You should enjoy what you enjoy whether it's current or not, but never stop Looking for newer (or older!) experiences, you might discover something really great!
As far as AARP, I have found that with a little research on the interweb, that I can beat any discount they offer, plus they support legislation that will reduce our SS benefits by supporting the Democratic party.

Well, the age gap continues to show. Today some youngins were astounded that I don't have an Instagram or snapchat
One remarked "Well, I suppose its harder to keep track of you that way" as though I was strange and secretive for not having those things. This is not the first time it has happened

Age difference aint that big either. Did I time travel or something? Feel like I was raised in another country when this crap happens

I've never had a facebook account. My wife has one, looked at hers once and yikes the ads. I work in IT, but I avoid social media. I like my life as unknown to the world as possible. Have no interest in posting what I had for lunch.

And for those wondering, it was a cheese and ham sandwich.

I didn't get an IG and Snap until last year.

So I joined an SEC Football Message Board at 14, and got social media at 16.

Makes sense.

My freshman year of HS, 05/06, for high schoolers you had to get an invite from someone in your HS and then have like 2 or 3 other people in your HS confirm that you're a real person who actually attends that school.

College Facebook and high school Facebook were also basically separate, HS and college users couldn't friend each other.

Tik Tok

I don’t use it. It is the worst social media, it’s kind of like vine with music. It’s just highschool e-boys trying to look hot in the camera while a shitty song plays. You will hate it more than anything in the world.

This the average TikTok:

I never understood vine's popularity, this looks like they found a way to make an even gayer version
I am happy I had not heard of this and I now regret asking

At least Vine was kind of funny. Tok is plain stupid.

the internet says tequila is good for digestion, weight control and blood sugar control, good for your bones, etc

good enough for me

I just pour a smidgen of lime juice straight into the shot instead of messing with the fancy salt and lime wedge setup

This could describe the majority of male Hoosiers sans age. You aint got much there
If you wanna dox dig deep, start threads asking about preferred tooth paste or deodorant, what posters' blood types are, what were they doing on 9/11 etc.
