Why are head coaches compensated 7 figures annually for coaching an "amateur" sport? Some are paid more than their professional counterparts.


You might not care about the individual athletes, but a lot of people do that's why star players jerseys sell with their name on the back.

High school athletes have huge followings before even reaching college some have more than million followers prior to ever stepping foot on campus.

These kids don't need your school or any school. They are only there based on the NFL rules that only allows kids that are 3 years removed from being drafted.

Its Unamerican. The whole system would be blown up if kids were not getting 10s and 100s of thousands dollars under the table.

What?The schools give these kids the platform to make millions in the NFL.The best training,coaching and
exposure.

You actually think these kids can go straight from HS to the NFL? Maybe a small select few but the rest need CFB to further their career.
