- This will be the 39th meeting between Arkansas and Vanderbilt all but two have come since Arkansas joined the SEC. The Razorbacks own a 26-12 advantage in the series and are 15-3 versus the Commodores in Fayetteville.

- Arkansas has won four straight and eight of the last nine. In a scheduling quirk, five of seven games in the span were played in Bud Walton Arena from 2015-2019.

^ LAST SEASON GAME 1: Keyshawn Embery-Simpson drilled a 3-pointer with 14 seconds remaining to give Arkansas a 67-66 lead and, after Jalen Harris forced a turnover on the ensuing Vanderbilt possession, Mason Jones sank two free throws with seven seconds left for a 69-66 victory over the Commodores at Bud Walton Arena. Vanderbilt had one final chance to tie the game, but Matt Ryan missed a 3-pointer and Jalen Harris pulled down the rebound. Daniel Gafford provided the assist on Embery-Simpson’s 3-pointer and scored a game-high 28 points. Isaiah Joe made six 3-pointers and scored 18 points while handing out five assists.

^ LAST SEASON GAME 2: Daniel Gafford scored a game-high 20 points to lead Arkansas to an 84-48 victory at Memorial Gymnasium. The Razorbacks were down 10 early (15-5), but outscored Vanderbilt a 23-4, including a 16-0 run, to lead by as many as nine points. Vanderbilt closed the first half with a 6-1 run and the Razorbacks took a 29-25 lead into the break. To start the second half, Arkansas scored the first nine points of the period as part of a 25-4 run to put the game out of reach.

- Arkansas (14) and Ole Miss (15) combined to make all 29 free throw attempts in the second half.
^ The teams combined to make 47-of-53 for the game and the combined 88.7% is the best for Arkansas and its opponent in the same game dating back to available records in 1981. (@HogStats)

- Overall, Arkansas made its last 18 free throw attempts in the game.

- Ole Miss was 25-of-26 at the line, making its first 10 and last 15.

- Ole Miss missed all five 3-point attempts in the second half.
