Who loves Mike Leach? State your case.

I love Mike Leach because he knows how to talk with words and is funny. He is probably the greatest X's and O's coach in the SEC, really the nation, because he is so smart.
He is like a real genius because he can talk good and reads books and stuff. Huge noses always denote high levels of intelligence because extra brain neurons are stored in noses. It stands to reason if you have a ginormous schnoz, more brain neurons will be stored there than people that just have regular noses.
His Air Blade offense will razzle and dazzle the dullard coaches in the SEC and there will be no stopping Leach and the Black Bears of Mississippi State.
Good for them; they deserve some good times after all these years. And, most importantly, he is a disciplinarian, even though his public persona doesn't suggest that.
When those cameras click off though, boy, look out. He turns into a tyrant sometimes and will lock small little children trying to play football in closets as punishment for having the flu. It doesn't even matter if your daddy is a superstar and rich and killed seven prostitutes, you are going in the closet if you don't want to practice.
That takes guts and Leach has guts in spades.

I appreciate anyone who changes the game through innovation.

Ok then
Do you love him? He is going to single-highhandedly remake the SEC into a powerful and strong conference highlighted with a quirky sense of witticism.
His presence in the conference is good for everyone. He will draw recruits not only to the Black Bears but to every team.
If you don't love Leach and profess that love on this board, you aren't much of a football fan.
I, for one, am outright stating for the SEC RANT Record Book that I love Mike Leach.
I just can't wait to hear what he says and hang on every word of his pirate tinged tonsils as he takes the SEC on raiding parties the likes of which have never before been witnessed.

Joe Moorehead got under everyone's skin at State but they don't think Leach will wear on the wrong people? Stupid

Leach will own Ms. State in just a mater of months. Instead of worrying about who Leach will offend, everyone there will be worrying about not offending Leach.
The first phase of his operation to take control will be to direct the portal train towards Stark Vegas. As little children athletes all over the SEC, already enrolled at other schools, jump on that portal train and head straight to Stark Vegas, the pirate will start to exert more control.
He is going to revolutionize the SEC in much the same way as Bryant took his little, fast players and revolutionized the sport back in the 60's.

Leach has already said about 50 times, just in the short time he has been here, that it's the level of talent in this area of the nation that brought him here.
He is going to take that talent and teach them the Air Blade offense and blow this conference up. He'll win 6 or 7 games his first full season. After that, it's NC's all the way.
Do you love Mike Leach?

Don't love him but I'm a fan of him. I love his flamboyance, his lack of an inner filter before speaking, his ability to speak on just about anything at the drop of a dime. Not a lot of "coach speak" with Leach. I find that refreshing.
As far as football, all he does if go into places that are historically tough places to win and leaves them in a way that has exceeded expectations. He is now at a place where he has resources and access to the type of talent that can make some noise. It ought to be a fun ride.
