Offense could actually be better coached this year... we're going from Ensminger (new to this) and a low level assistant calling the game, to Ensminger (with a year in the system) and a former NFL HC doing it. If the other guy is a spotter, you gotta think Linehan is going to see things quicker than Brady. He's been at levels Brady has yet to see in real life. Linehan's offenses in Detroit were great, so he knows a passing game. The problem is, everyone has to get along. Let's hope that continues like it did last year.

E can’t help but get along as he’s so humble and Linehan has got to know you don’t fark with it if it aint Broke — Expecting his 3rd down success in playcalling to Top that of Brady!

Brady went 91/183 on third down (50%)

I think we’ll see closer to 60% this year as Myles has an amazing low bullet pass on possession downs to move the chains

Yeah, hope so.

Note- I'm not expecting better PERFORMANCE, that would be highly unrealistic. I just think swapping Brady for Linehan, you should get a better structure, and I think Linehan might have a little more situational awareness just from experience.
I think Brady learned a lot of the functional aspects of coordinating from Ensminger last year, and Linehan already has that down pat.

That's why I think it might be better coaching going downstream to the players. Not schemes, but maybe some exercises and drills, maybe some techniques he's seen. Remember he coached Megatron, if he can share anything with Chase and Marshall that would be great.

Hmm, we knew Randy Moss' kid was there last year, and occasionally he was around. I wonder if he did anything informally with the WRs, even a casual session or two.
