... as I said. There are a lot of options prior to this route for getting out of an LOI.

Wasn't he basically forced/pressured into testifying? He was already at the different school, so he didn't need anything from Ole Miss, certainly not a release from his LOI.

And even still didn't they have a hard time corroborating his "proof"? We're it not for the fact that they were already under suspicion, not sure that would have played out the same.
