Is Buzz Williams a Good Basketball Coach or Not?

I was led to believe that Buzz Williams was one of the best coaches in the SEC immediately upon his hiring.
How many hundreds of millions did A&M pay this guy? Their team is terrible.

He is. He won the Big East twice at Marquette (had a Sweet 16 and an Elite Eight there), took Virginia Tech to a Sweet 16, etc.
