Im very interested in the staff he puts together, thats the key.
His press conference was all about getting the right assistants and what he has learned from his previous stops a la Orgeron.

I think he is definitely an upgrade, but has he learned from the past? That will be key. Getting older does that, but we'll soon see.
He'll have to prove that he has learned from past mistakes and matured, just like O.
The SEC West with Fisher, Orgeron, Saban, and now Kiffin will be one of the most interesting divisions to follow, that's for sure!
