Why are LSU fans so scared?

I've seen about 100 threads started over the past week with LSU fans trying to convince themselves of the same shite:
-UGA's defense actually sucks if you take away all of its good stats
-UGA can't stop LSU
-Fromm sucks
-Swift is definitely not 100%
-LSU is going to win by 30+
-etc.
Can someone explain why LSU fans are so scared?

Why would LSU be scared of a program that just cant win big games when they matter? Ohh and also plays in the east...ohh and lost to South Carolina.
