I have absolutely no idea, to be honest. 
I've ehard people claim Green Bay did, and I have heard that the basic shape was GB's, but Georgia added something to it. (What, I don't know, either.) I'm a plethora of information, aren't I?
I think Griffin High School in Georgia uses the GB logo verbatim.
Griffin has had tons of NFL players go through their school including:
Willie Gault
Alton Montgomery
Jesse Tuggle
Jeff Jackson
Chris Clemons
Ben Talley
Randy Baldwin
Freddie Gilbert
and 5-6 others.
