I understand why a coach is given more than just two yrs. to prove himself, unless of course, there was some truly huge reason not to extend. Do I like JM? Not really. I feel that he has been inconsistent in his QB's. One plays because he has to as Stevens was hurt a lot, and once because one had a better week at practice. Sorry, but unless he pulls a surprise season in 2020, better than 6-6, he needs to move on. And win in the SEC, not just the smaller school teams we build the left side on. What opposing team does not know that when we are down to the 35-40 yard line that we are not going to throw long?

While I admit that national polls early on can be a guess, we were considered in the early polls to have a decent team to produce a decent record. Didn't happen. I just don't have any long term confidence that he can produce to the level of Mullen, so from my point of view, one more and out is the most likely forecast.
