Every situation/year/context is different. And in the case of 2019 LSU, the above is absolutely incorrect.
12-1 LSU with loss to UGA in SECCG is 100% in the playoff with its 4 Top10 wins that cant and won’t be matched by any other playoff contender at that point in time.
The ESPN guys discussed this tonight, and all said it’s a certainty that 12-1 LSU would be in.
