I don’t like the Pinkel comparison because he was way more experienced when he took the Mizzou job. That said look at what he did in Brad Smith’s junior season. He definitely had years of underperforming.
If Odom is going to make it as a HC he has to stop losing games that should be gimmies.

In all honesty that is the big problem this year. Odom lost some gimmies. Win a couple of those and we are looking at a 7-2 Missouri team hanging around the top.
