There has been a material change of circumstances (getting fired) since my original post and it is now for sale if anyone is in the market—asking 3.79M. LINK

Help me out fellas, I suck at math.
I need his winning percentage at Arkansas, then I need to know what that percentage is if you apply it to his 3.79 million asking price.
Figure out that # for me and I will email his agent with an offer tommorow where I will justify my offer.
If I get a response I will post it here.
Keep in mind that the agent is required by law to present the offer to him.
If the agent comes back and says we will take it I will gladly pay it. If you have a better formula for the offer that involves his pay per win ratio I could also go with that. I'd like to get this thing as cheap as possible.
