Bring rain gear, or should I say dew gear.

Some of the free parking in the old front nine lot and the hayfields might be closed if it rains too much. Check the rant on Friday night and early Saturday morning for updates.

Bring alcohol, come ready to tailgate and have fun.

Beer and wine are sold in the stadium.

Hope you have a great time leading up to the game, but leave disappointed in the game result.

I’d give the edge to Auburn in a rain game.

Any tips for the Auburn fans that live in Baton Rouge?

I wish I could experience the stiff dew in person but can't. I'll miss the tailgate smack this year unfortunately. Always a good time.

Wear neutral colors and keep a low profile.

Tailgate with some LSU baws you know.

Seal-a-meal bags are your friend. Don't buy that overpriced beer. Sneak in your booze like a man.

This is actually very good advice. I have been to every stadium in the SEC (minus Missouri and A&M) and Tiger Stadium is the only location I'll DON'T wear Auburn gear

I also drive and park a vehicle on campus that doesn't have an AU sticker or license plate

Like everywhere else, this is attitude dependent. You can wear your teams colors and you can be loud, just be fun. If you're an arse, things won't go well.

Of course, even if you're acting like a fun guy to be around, you may run into as n a-hole. In this case, just be the fun guy that walks away while looking for better people. Those people will feed you and get you drunk.

At least that's been my experience.

Very true.

You will eventually find a friendly tailgate where you might get razzed some but they'll take care of you.
