Looks like you need to go look up the rule, because it clearly says “defenseless” players, not ones making a football move to try to advance

Dude you melting. I'm over lmao at you. You are so mad that you cant look at anything objectively. You throw insults and think that makes people mad, then dont like it when its returned.

Now of you wanted to say the Pf that the ref called was bs I'd completely agree. Barking up the wrong tree on this one though.

Read this closely:
"In general, the targeting rule will be the same in 2019 as it was in past years. Targeting can be called any time a player takes aim at an opponent with the purpose of attacking with the crown of his helmet, or any time a player takes aim at a defenseless opponent to the head or neck area by using an "indicator of targeting."
