Obvious Jeremy Banks does not understand the very fabric of society he lives under is protected by our constitution and the law enforcement that provides every American the right to walk safely on our streets.

Police officers are not bad people, they do have to deal with people like Banks and in this video it is obvious that Banks is smartly trying to threaten the officers. Do not try to defend his behavior and make this video about race
