You do know Mizzou is further west than LSU? The only reason they put you in the east is so you don't take an arse kicking every week.

Part of it. The other is to give Missouri a chance to build the football program to be respectful to the rest of the SEC. Missouri is showing to be a good football team this year. I believe it will start gain more respect next year and the recruits will improve a lot more. That is how to become more stabled and start to compete against the rest of the SEC in a couple of years. Arkansas, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, and a few others are not so lucky to get out of the worst time to get the right coach to start over and do it without a lot of pressure. That is how you get BSU and UCF get so strong! not have a huge competition and be able to build the program slowly and get key coaching staffs to win games and get recognize. I am hoping Missouri will be the next team o0n the rise in a couple of years.
