Saban sees a LOT of potential in Golding. Maybe not as much as he saw in Pruitt, but he badly wanted him to remain on staff.

I don't disagree with you. But, having potential means he's not one of the best yet. Maybe Golding will get there. Maybe he won't. In the meantime he has more than enough talent at his disposal to make this a good unit.
