Well, I check in to see what the hell has been going on with the DawgRant and find that it is still full of individuals who just need to bitch about something...anything.
My .02?
CKS is doing a phenomenal job, we are ranked #3 (right where we should be), and we just beat ND in Athens.
Could the play calling have more spice? Maybe.
Could the playbook be opended up? Maybe.
But why do we need to do it right now?
This team is very much like the BAMA teams from Saban's early days there. Kill the opponent slowly with the run game and dominate up front with our huge line and our stable of backs. Throw when you need to.
Just because TUA is putting up stoopid numbers against bad teams doesnt mean we must do the same.
Our path to a natty does not need to mirror those around us who get there. It also doesn't mean that we can't beat them when the time comes to do so.
