I’d be happy for him.

He seems like a decent kid and has an underdog story.

I’m betting his numbers drop off a bit as LSU gets deeper in SEC play and teams figure out how to defend those crossing routes, but I could definitely be proven wrong.

Much like Tua, Borrow may have to put up big numbers out of necessity due to his defense.

I just don’t think the voters give it to an OU transfer QB 3 years in a row.

Burrows numbers are freakishly high especially considering the minutes played, attempts and completions. But no doubt they will come down after getting to the meat of schedule. It’s just good to see this type offense at LSU finally. Hurts also playing really well although hasn’t thrown as much so far. Still freakish numbers also and with OU schedule he could wind up breaking some records and win heisman. Hard to not like Hurts but pulling for Burrow.
