Well. Actually. Fields has never publicly said anything but absolutely positive things..
Most think he used the comments as a reason for the appeal. However those are confidential and are not and cannot be released.
UGA nor Fields or his representatives ever.. Not Once mentioned the ... comments as the reason for the appeal...
Just us UGA fans and the media... without proof.... it is US who have drug our own name through the mud.
