There were several former players who were in the locker room after the game. They all said it was hot and stuffy even though LSU brought air movers which were ON from Friday night through Sat night.
The info from LA Tech came from equipment people. LSU's equipment people spoke with La Tech's equipment people about the arrangements in Austin since they knew each other and Tech had just been there. No LSU employee had taken a fball team to Austin so getting info from Tech seems reasonable.
I have no idea what temp the a/c was set on, but I can guarantee you it was not anywhere near 68 degrees (or 74) in that lockerroom.

All Texas has done is prove that they can’t afford a proper a/c system with proper air flow and ventilation.

Why in the world didn't anyone from LSU ask the UT athletics department to have the units serviced (aggy just got hard), or at least complain?
Not a peep. All a lie.
