The timing that he flicked the ball out there seemed way off. And he put it up where the WR had little time to find the ball and then sorta contort up and around and back to the ball, which is tough as hell.
He should have caught it I guess. But it didn’t seem like THAT bad of a drop to me in real time. I thought the QB could have given the receiver another half second or so to be ready and thrown it to the inside of the field a bit more.
Maybe I need to watch the play again.
