Kicking him off the team would just accelerate his downward spiral.
Support him, give him the help he needs to rehabilitate, and let this man continue his future as a football player imo

I would be all for this young man getting a rehabilitation chance if he were a key to a successful season but I just don't see the upside in keeping this psychopath on the roster in the program's current state.

Thankfully we have an athletic director who is one of the founders of the people helpin’ business imo
