Yup. We have 2 SR starters and 1 of them is a punter.
I know it’s always next year, but I’ve had 2020 circled as THE YEAR since the Jimbo hire. 2021 might be pretty salty too.

Has there been any kind of reports on who people think the backup qb will be based on practices so far?

Same. Don't want to look too far ahead but the schedule next year with 21 starters returning (barring Jrs going pro early)
