nobody in the sec except Georgia got to play Tua with 2 sprained ankle and a sprained knee. Also, nobody else got a month to practice for him. Comments the Clemson players have made since the championship game made it clear they were repping Alabama instead of Notre Dame, who they knew they could beat easily just on talent. Tua not being mobile made it so much easier for them to defend us, as locksley was very sold on the rpo stuff. Honestly we probably should have started Jalen for that game, don't know if we could have won it without tuas passing ability, but Jalen sure would have caused problems with his legs. Having zero running that from your dual threat qb in an offense doing rpo simplifies your job quite a bit on defense
