Not really and McNair was an obvious talent to NFL scouts.

Jordan Jefferson wasn't a "flop" because he was surrounded by great offensive talent and Peyton Manning was surrounded by great talent but he was also a great QB.

The only reason more "flops" are from big schools is because more are drafted.The same that almost every top 10 QB is from a big school.Rothlisburger and perhaps Carson Wentz are the exceptions but both were 1st round picks.

He'll,I thought Paxton Lunch had the tools to be a very good NFL QB and for whatever reason he isn't and could be classified as a "flop"
