I use the mlb.com Braves Top 30 page that allows you to scroll from one to the other and get a snapshot of their season stats: mlb.com braves top 30 prospects
When you click on a players name it brings up their profile window which has arrows on the left and right allowing you to scroll.
For detailed stats and game logs/splits, I just use baseball-reference.com like I do for mlb stuff. You have to search for one players (Drew Waters for instance) then you can click on the team for this season (Gwinnett for instance) to bring up the roster and stats for all of the players. baseball-reference
I haven't found anything that is more convenient than using those 2 sites combined.
