I think Rick is in his 70's and may no longer have the ability to pull that 22 year old tail. If you had Rick move in, where would you put him? Putting him upstairs may be hard on his knees and putting him in a car could be bad on a hot day.
Not sure what Rick carries but I do know he has been busted in the Atlanta airport for carrying a loaded gun.
