This is one of the things I hate about our strength and conditioning program.

We make these guys way too big. Eboigbe shouldn't be over 275 pounds by now.

Seriously, then people wonder why we lack speed on the line.

We keep blowing kids up and the ones who are big enough who are quick guys or speedsters won't get the burn in the moments that count.

If anyone knows what they are talking about when it comes to being in shape it's this dude.

He actually played college football and is built like a fricking tank.

Kirby Smart talked about the D line at the SEC media days a few weeks ago. Kirby said finding speed rushers was easy because there are plenty of them around. Kirby said the difficult thing was finding interior D linemen that can push the line and get pressure on the QB. Kirby said those are whats hard to find. We lost Lewis and Allen plus Jennings didnt have the same speed after his injury. Anoma was a head case that got a penalty every time he made a tackle. Saban said before the season that the offense would have to carry this team (last year). We play with 5 dbs to defend the spread. You have to have some meat up front to stop the run.
