This is one of the things I hate about our strength and conditioning program.

We make these guys way too big. Eboigbe shouldn't be over 275 pounds by now.

Seriously, then people wonder why we lack speed on the line.

We keep blowing kids up and the ones who are big enough who are quick guys or speedsters won't get the burn in the moments that count.
